摘  要:为了研究棱镜色散的非线性对短波红外(1.0-2.5μm)成像光谱仪采集景物辐射能量和信噪比(SNR)的影响,首先推导出系统采集辐射能量和光谱采样计算表达式,并在短波红外光谱范围内进行了计算分析。结果表明,在相同的光谱通道数前提下,与等间隔光谱采样方法相比,单棱镜色散成像光谱仪探测器像元采集到的景物辐射能量,在1.0-1.85μm光谱范围比较高,在1.85-2.5μm光谱范围比较低,信噪比具有类似的特点;随着光谱采样通道数的增加,大气的弱吸收特征越来越明显地表现出来。In order to study the effect on scenery radiation energy acquisition and signal-to-noise ratio of short-wave infrared(1.0-2.5 μm) imaging spectrometer caused by prism nonlinear dispersion,the expressions of radiation energy collection and spectrum sampling calculation are deduced,which are calculated and analyzed in the range of short-wave infrared spectrum.It is indicated that when the number of spectral channels is same,compared to equal interval spectral sampling method,the scenery radiation energy collected by a single prism dispersive imaging spectrometer detector is relatively higher in the 1.0~1.85 μm range,but it is relatively lower in the 1.85~2.5 μm range,and the signal-to-noise ratio has similar characteristics.The weak absorption feature of atmosphere is more and more clearly apparent,when the number of spectral sampling channels increases.
