摘　　要：介绍了红外热像技术检测建筑渗漏的基本原理,并通过工程实例,对采用以红外热像技术为基础的综合检测方法,检测建筑屋面或外墙渗漏、建筑室内墙体或楼板渗漏以及管道破裂造成的渗漏等有关问题进行了探讨。The principle of infrared thermograph detecting building moisture is introduced. According to project practice, the composite method based on infrared thermograph, problems of detecting the building moisture including roof moisture, room moisture and piping moisture are discussed.
