摘 要:选用健康的1日龄AA肉鸡(公)240只,随机分成4组:对照组(玉米-豆粕型基础日粮)、基础日粮+0.025%沙棘叶总黄酮组、基础日粮+0.05%沙棘叶总黄酮组及基础日粮+0.1%沙棘叶总黄酮组。每组设6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,试验期49d。在49d时采集检测样本。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加沙棘叶总黄酮显著提高了磷和蛋白质的利用率(P=0.0281;P=0.0014),胫骨重量、长度和胫骨单位重量(P=0.0028;P=0.0350;P=0.0016)以及胫骨磷含量和灰分含量(P=0.0374;P=0.0423)。结果提示,沙棘叶总黄酮可提高饲料中钙磷的利用率,利于胫骨钙和磷的沉积,促进胫骨的发育和骨骼强度的增加,从而在一定程度上起到改善骨质的作用。A total of 240 1-day-old healthy male Arbor Acre (AA) broilers randomly alloted into 4 dietary treat- ments.Each treatment was replieated six times with ten broilers each.The four dietary treatments were basal diet,basal diet supplemented with 0.025 %, 0.05 %, 0.1%flavonoids of sea buckthorn leaves, respectively.The experiment was conducted for 49 d.The result showed that apparent digestibility of phosphorous and dietary protein were significantly increased (P-- 0.0281 ;P=0.0014)and the length and weight of tibia,unit weight of tibia (P--O.OO28;P=O.O350;P--O.O016),phosphorous and ash content of bone (P=-0.0374 ;P=-0.0423 )were significantly increased.In conclusion ,total flavonoids of sea buckthorn leaves could promote apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorous and were beneficial to calcium and phosphorous deposition and tibia growth.As a result, total flavonoids of sea buckthorn leaves could improve sclerofin.
