摘  要:试验初步研究了玉米、小麦和木薯对草鱼幼鱼摄食后血糖、血脂水平的影响。试验共有15%、30%和30%水平无油(不加豆油)的玉米和小麦、15%、20%水平的木薯等8种饲料,每种饲料投喂3个重复,每个重复25尾草鱼,草鱼初重(4.62±0.35)g,养殖期76d。养殖结束后,禁食试验鱼24h,然后投喂各试验组饲料,在投喂前(0h)及投喂后1、2、3、4、8h和12h,分别测定各组鱼血糖、血脂(甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白)含量。结果显示:(1)各组试验鱼摄食后血糖水平均迅速升高,在3~4h达到峰值,12h后血糖水平仍高于禁食状态;血脂含量均在1h内迅速升高至峰值,在随后的1~2h内迅速降低,在2~4h内有回升趋势。(2)相同添加水平下,玉米、木薯组试验鱼的血糖峰值比小麦组高;木薯组血脂四项峰值最高,小麦组其次,玉米组最低。(3)随着玉米、小麦、木薯添加水平的提高(15%~30%、15%~20%),各试验组草鱼血糖、血脂峰值升高;且高水平组血糖含量达峰值后下降速度较低水平组缓慢。(4)与正常水平相比,无油组草鱼血糖、血脂的峰值均有所下降。试验结果表明:(1)草鱼幼鱼对玉米、小麦、木薯的利用是有限的,更适于利用低水平的玉米、小麦和木薯。(2)饲料碳水化合物一定的条件下,驯养时间延长,鱼体血糖峰值出现的时间将会提前。(3)草鱼对木薯的利用能力低于玉米、小麦。The effects of corn ,wheat and cassava on plasma glucose and lipid levels of Ctenopharyngodon idella juveniles after feeding were studied in the trial.There were eight diets which containing 15 % com,30 % corn,30 % corn (lack of soybean oil), 15 % wheat,30 % wheat,30 % wheat(lack of soybean oil), 15 % cassava,and 20 % cassava separately.Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of 25 fish with initial weight (4.62±0.35)g for 76 days.At the end of the feeding trial,fish were hungry for 24 hour (h),fish which were fed a final meal was sacrificed at predetermined intervals (0,1,2,3,4,8,12 h postprandial)for blood sampling.Then plasma glucose and lipid(triglycerides, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein)was determined.The results showed that: (1)After feeding, plasma glucose levels of each group of fish increased rapidly,they reached the peak point at 3 - 4 h,after 12 h they were higher than fasting; the plasma lipid level all increased rapidly to a peak within 1 h, they decreased rapidly in the next 1 h -2 h, but in the 2 h - 4 h they had the rising trend. (2)At the same level,plasma glucose peak of corn and cassava were higher than wheat,the plasma lipid (triglycerides,cholesterol,high density hpoprotein and low density lipoprotein)peak of cassava were the high- est,secondly was wheat,corn was the lowest. (3)With the increasing of corn,wheat,cassava (15 %-30 % ,15 % -20 %), plasma glucose and lipid peak of each group of fish increased ; and compared with the lower levels, after reaching the peak,the plasma glucose of high levels declined more slowly. (4)Compared with 30 % normal groups,the plasma glu- cose and the plasma lipid peak of 30 % corn and wheat groups which lack of soybean oil all decreased.These results indicated that:( 1 )The utilization on corn ,wheat,cassava by Ctenopharyngodon idella juveniles was limited, Ctenopharyngodon ideUa juveniles were more suitable to use the lower levels of corn,wheat and cassava.
