摘　　要：从制件和所用原材料入手，分析了塑料套的成型工艺性．确定了分型面和型腔数目，完成了注射模具浇注系统的设计，以及型腔和型芯的尺寸设计和计算。通过模具设计、制造和调试，成功地实现了塑料套的注塑成型。this article analyzes the moulding process characteristics of plastic sleeves from perspectives of parts and raw materials it uses, and determines mould joints and number of mold cavity. It completes the design of injection system for plastic-injection dies, as well as the measurement design and calculation of mold cavity and mould cores. It successfully realizes the plastic injection moulding of plastic sleeves through mould design, manufacturing and commissioning.
