摘　　要：根据对凸轮轴常用材料的分析，选取合适的化学成分、组织性能和铸造工艺以生产激冷合金铸铁凸轮轴。凸轮轴铸件生产的关键是针对国内原材料来源，形成相应的生产技术和工艺。Based on the comparison of commercialized materials for camshaft, a suitable composition, microstructure, properties and casting process were proposed for chilled alloy cast iron camshaft. The key to production is to adapt corresponding techniques with available domestic raw materials.
