摘　　要：随着就业形势的日益严峻,如何在就业指导工作上为大学生提供良好地就业教育,已日益成为高校就业指导工作的重点与难点。生涯发展理念的引入,为高校的就业指导工作提供了新的理论支持和借鉴途径。通过对生涯发展理论的含义、意义的诠释以及对目前中国就业指导工作中存在的问题的探讨,提出关于改进生涯辅导实践工作的建议。With the increasingly serious employment situation, how to work in careers guidance to provide good employment for university students of education, employment guidance colleges and universities have increasingly become the focus of work and difficulties. The introduction of the concept of career development, employment guidance for colleges and universities to provide a new theo- retical approach to support and learn from. In this paper, the implications for career development theory, the interpretation of the meaning, as well as guidance on the current China＇s employment problems in discussion, to make a few practical work on the improvement of career guidance recommendations.
