摘　　要：矿产资源城市是资源型城市的重要组成部分。在对河南省矿业城市现状分析的基础上,提出河南省矿业城市发展中存在的问题,引出产业转型的必要性,从而在指导、模式、关键、保障、精髓五个方面提出河南省矿业城市转型思路。这不仅对振兴河南省经济有重要意义,而且对全国其他矿产资源枯竭型城市的产业转型具有重要的借鉴价值。Mineral resources, resource-based city is an important part of the city. In this paper, mining city of Henan Province on the basis of the status quo analysis of the proposed mining problems in urban development, industrial restructuring and transformation of the necessity of thinking. This is not only important for the revitalization of the economy of Henan Province, but also for the rest of the mineral cities of the industrial transformation of important reference value.
