摘　　要：民族自决权理论是随着资本主义的发展而诞生的一种理论,成为近代历史上指导民族运动的重要理论之一。但是,它的使用范围受到客观条件的制约,民族自决权的使用是应当以尊重国家主权为前提条件的。National self-determination theory is born with the development of capitalism, it became one of the important theory to guide the national movement in recent history. But, it is subject to the use of objective conditions. The use of national self-determination should be based on respect for national sovereignty as a precondition.
