摘 要:湖羊通过颈静脉插管灌注较高剂量的胆酸和大鼠通过尾静脉给予不同剂量的胆酸造成胆酸负荷,研究其对血浆(血清)甘胆酸(CG)浓度的影响,结果表明:湖羊血浆CG浓度在灌注胆酸后呈波动性变化,在18h和138h显著高于灌注前。大鼠以中胆酸组血清CG变动最为显著,灌注4h后开始升高,18h后达到显著水平,一直持续至138h,并在18,90,114和138h显著高于对照组;低胆酸组仅在灌注后18h血清CG显著高于对照组,其他时间变化不显著;而高胆酸组在灌注后42,66,90和114h显著高于灌注前。Hu sheep and SD rats were given exogenous cholic acid to observe the variation of Cholaneglycinate(CG)concentrations in the plasma(or serum). The results were as follows:CG concentration in sheep plasma varied fluctuantly, increasing to a significant level at 42 and 138 h after injection. When three groups of SD rats were treated with different dose of cholic acid,CG concentrations in the serum appear to rise with significantly high concentrations at hour 18,90,114 and 138 in medium dose group compared with the control group. In low and high dose groups,CG concentrations were not changed with an exception at hour 18 in the low dose gruop.
