摘  要:瓦灰霉主要由球黑孢霉菌(NigrosporasphaericaMason)引起,最适温度为25~28℃,相对湿度100%,与银耳及其伴生菌共同生长在段木上,并争夺营养,严重影响银耳产量和品质,瓦灰霉的菌源分布广泛,其发生与菌种、栽培管理水平密切相关。选用优良银耳菌种,接种前用特克多浸棒或涂抹耳棒以及实施规范化栽培管理,可有效抑制病害,提高银耳产量和品质。igrospora sphaerica Mason was a harmful fungus which grew on the tremella sticks with its accompany fungus. Its most suitable temperature was 25℃~28℃, RH was 100%. Competing nutrition from the tremella sticks, Nigrospora sphaerica Mason affected the yield and quality of the tremella seriously. Survey showed that Nigrospora sphaerica Mason was widespredly (distributd), its outbreak was closely related with tremella strain, cultivation and management level. Therefore, control of Nigrospora sphaerica Mason was effectively possible and the yield and quality of tremella would be increased if we applied good tremella strain, soaked or coated sticks using Tecto before inoculation, conducted standard cultivation and management measures.
