摘 要:目的探讨脐、婴儿血脂联素与婴儿生长发育之间的关系。方法应用ELISA测定52例配对脐血与42d婴儿指血脂联素水平,记录母亲产分娩时体重指数(BMI)、母孕期增重、婴儿出生体重、身长,分析血脂联素水平与婴儿增重、增长、BMI的关系。结果脐血、42d婴儿指血脂联素含量丰富,前者明显大于后者;脐血脂联素水平与婴儿出生体重及BMI未见相关关系;42d婴儿指血脂联素水平与42d婴儿的增重、体重、BMI呈显著的负相关关系;当婴儿出生体重在3.8kg以下时,脐血脂联素水平有随体重增长而增加的趋势,而当出生体重在3.8kg以上时,则有相反的结果。结论脐血脂联素对胎儿期生长发育过程的影响可能存在双向调节作用,42d脂联素水平与42d婴儿的体重增加及BMI呈负相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between the adiponectin and baby's growth and development.Methods Adiponectin concentrations were measured by ELISA in 52 pairs of cord blood and finger blood of aged 42 days baby.The correlations were analysed between adiponectin concentrations and the mother's body mass index(BMI)during labor and weight increase during gestation,the baby's born weight and height.Results Higher levels of adiponectin were detected in cord blood and in baby's blood,which were higher in cord blood than those in baby's blood.There was no significant correlation between the adiponectin concentration in cord blood and the baby born weight and BMI.The adiponectin level of baby blood was negatively correlated to birth weight,weight increase and BMI when birth weight was greater than 3.8kg.Conclusion The adiponectin may have bidirectional regulation for the fetal growth.The adiponectin concentration of the 42 days baby is negatively correlated to weight increase and BMI.
