股骨髁解剖钢板、L钢板及DCS治疗股骨远端骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨髁解剖钢板、L钢板及DCS在治疗股骨远端骨折中的应用价值。方法:采用股骨髁解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折26例,L钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折32例,DCS内固定治疗股骨远端骨折21例。结果:79例经3～15月随访,其中采用解剖钢板26例中23例疗效满意,优良率为88.5%。采用L钢板32例中23例疗效满意,优良率为71.9%.采用DCS 21例中17例疗效满意,优良率为80.9%。结论:解剖钢板内固定是治疗股骨远端骨折较为有效的方法,是预防膝关节并发症的积极措施。Objective： To study the curing effect of L TCP in the treatment of fracture of distal end of femur. Methods： Eighty-eight cases of fracture of distal end of femur were treated. Results： All patients were followed up 3 59 monthes, 23 （88. 5 %） had satisfactory curing effect with Anatomic-TCP internal fixation, 23（71.9 %） had satisfactory curing effect with L-TCP internal fixation; 17（80. 9%） had satisfactory curing effect with DCS internal fixation. Conclusion： Internal fixation with Anatomic-TCP is an effective therapy to treat fracture of distal end of femur and it can prevent complications of knee joint.
