摘  要:应用植物形态学和AFLP分子标记,对陕西8个漆树栽培品种和6个野生居群进行了鉴别.结果表明:从26个形态性状中筛选出3个主成分,其中:第1主成分指标7个(第5小叶长/宽、花瓣长、花瓣宽、花丝长、花丝直径、花药长和宽)贡献率为30.383%;第2主成分指标5个(小叶数、复叶长、复叶柄长、第5小叶叶柄长、顶端小叶叶柄长)贡献率为19.321%;第3主成分指标2个(第5小叶顶角角度、顶端小叶顶角角度)贡献率为13.777%.筛选的8对AFLP引物组合,均可将漆树14个样品完全区分开.植物形态学和AFLP分子标记相结合,不仅可用于漆树不同品种及野生居群间的鉴别,而且可反映其相互间的亲缘关系.Accurate identification of Toxicodendron vernicifluum varieties has very important significance for the breeding of superior varieties.The 14 samples of eight varieties and six wild populations from Shaanxi were studied using the methods of plant morphology and AFLP molecular markers.The results showed the twenty-six morphological characters indexes and 8 primer combinations(EcoRⅠ+3/MseⅠ+3) could separate these samples completely.The three main component indexes were selected from twenty-six morphological character indexes with multivariate statistical analysis methods.Among these main component indexes,the contribution rate of the first one which including the ratio of length to width of the fifth lobular,petal and anther,the length and diameter of filament was 30.383%;The second one which including the numbers of leaflet,the length of compound leaf and petiole of compound leaf,the fifth lobular,the top lobular was 19.321%;The last one which including the vertex angle of the fifth lobular and the top lobular was 13.777%.The AFLP analysis results showed that 8 primer combinations which were chosen with(EcoRⅠ+3/MseⅠ+3) could separate these samples completely.The plant morphology and AFLP molecular marker methods not only can be used for T.vernicifluum varieties identification,but also indicate their genetic relationships.
