摘  要:针对配电网因分支多、接地故障电阻大导致的单相接地故障定位问题,提出一种针对谐振接地系统的单相接地故障区段带电定位方法。该方法在故障发生后调节消弧线圈的补偿电流,利用调节前后线路上多个馈线终端单元(FTU)测量到的零序电流变化量信息确定故障区段。提出了单相经过渡电阻接地时,将零序电流按零序电压进行折算的方法,从而解决了调节消弧线圈后零序电压发生变化的问题。现场试验对该方法进行了验证,表明该方法能够满足实用要求。Due to the large amount of branches and high grounding resistance of distribution networks,the grounding fault location problem has not been solved effectively. A novel method is proposed for locating the single-phase-to-earth fault section in a neutral point resonant grounded system. By this method,the compensation current of arc-suppression coil is adjusted after the fault occurs and the fault section can be identified by variation of zero-sequence current measured by multiple feeder terminal units (FTUs) equipped on the line. The method proposes that the zero-sequence current is converted by zero-sequence voltage when a single-phase grounding via resistance occurs,which solves the problem that zero-sequence voltage changes after the arc-suppression coil is adjusted. The on-site experiments have been carried out to prove the feasibility of the proposed method.
