摘 要:针对新城金矿厚大、破碎、倾斜、难采矿体开采时存在的粉矿损失问题,分析了引起矿石损失和贫化的原因,通过对矿山充填系统及其工艺技术的研究,提出了以下优化策略:优化充填系统,合理布置充填管网;进行充填材料试验,采用新的充填胶凝材料,提高充填体强度;强化充填站质量责任,满足充填配比要求;按设计施工,禁止进路超高、超宽;采用多种技术措施,确保充填接顶;提高充填料浆浓度。实践证明,以上措施减少了充填料与粉矿的接触与混合,矿山矿石回收率由92%提高到94.5%,并且减少了矿石贫化率,取得显著效益。According to characters of the ore body in Xincheng Gold Mine,which is massive,broken,inclined and difficult to mine,the reasons of ore loss and dilution in the mining are discussed.The filling system and filling technology analyzed.Optimize strategies are proposed followings:Optimizing filling system and reasonably laying out network of filling pipe;making experimentation of filling material and introducing new cementing filling material to improve filling strength;strengthening the quality responsibility of filling station to meet the filling ratio requirement;carrying out construction in accordance with the design to strictly prohibit the height and width exceed of mining roadway;using a variety of technical measures to ensure roof-contacted filling;increasing the concentration of filling slurry.The practice has proved that the optimization measures can reduce the contact and mix of fine ore with filling,ore recovery rate has be improved from 92% to 94.5%,and ore dilution has be reduced,resulting in obvious benefits.
