摘  要:高压脉动水锤装置是一种能够产生压力冲击的设备,它通过弹簧蓄能并瞬间释放这种能量,在流体管路中激发压力冲击。根据运动过程分析对其建立能量方程,通过合理的简化处理,得出冲击峰值压力的理论计算公式,并利用实验数据分析其影响因素,证明活塞密封摩擦阻力的影响较大,从而为煤层脉动注水的压力计算提供了理论支持。High pressure water-hammer is equipment which can produce pressure impact.It stores energy and releases stored energy in a twinkling by spring,can excite pressure impact in fluid pipeline.According to analysis on the process of motion of the water-hammer,its energy equation was established and simplified reasonably,a computation formula of its peak impact pressure was suggested.The influencing factors of peak impact pressure were analyzed based on experimental data,and it was proved that the frictional resistance of piston seal is the most important influencing factor for the peak impact pressure.It provides a theoretical support for pulsed water injecting into coal seam.
