摘 要:针对传统模糊综合评价模型权重分配和确定存在的不足,结合影响爆破效果因素具有层次性和模糊性的特点,提出了层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法相结合的爆破效果评价模型。以黄沙坪铅锌矿中深孔爆破为例,建立了4个单元、15项指标的多因素二级结构评价模型。利用层次分析法确定了各评价指标的权重,运用二级综合评判的数学模型对该矿中深孔爆破效果进行了定性和定量的综合评价。评价结果为爆破效果良好;影响其效果的主要因素为炸药单耗和NOX、CO浓度,评价结论与现场实际效果相符。Considering some deficiency of traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in decision and distribution of weight and the hierarchy and fuzziness of factors affecting blasting effect,a new evaluation model which combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was presented.Taking the medium-length hole blasting in Huangshaping Lead-Zinc Mine as an example,a multivariate secondary structure evaluation model with four units and fifteen indexes was established.AHP was used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes,the qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation of medium-length hole blasting effect in this mine were carried out by using secondary synthetically evaluation mathematical model,and the evaluation result is that the blasting effect is good in this mine,the major factors affecting blasting effect are unit explosive consumption and the concentrations of NOx and CO.The evaluation result is in line with the practical situation.
