摘 要:针对油田回注污水中高浓度二价硫问题,采用真空抽提法进行了室内实验研究。讨论了真空度、水样的初始酸度和抽提温度对去除二价硫的效果及水样pH值的影响。结果表明:真空度升高,除二价硫的速度加快,接近平衡时水中残余二价硫含量降低,但pH值上升的幅度不大;水样的初始pH值越低,对除二价硫越有利,而且在一定范围内水样最终的pH值上升幅度也越大;水样温度升高,可以明显提高除二价硫的效果,而pH值的上升幅度不大。本研究对油田回注污水去除二价硫具有一定的参考价值。In order to remove bivalent sulfur from oilfield injection wastewater, the lab research was carried out by vacuum extraction. The effects of the vacuum degree, the initial acidity of wastewater, and temperature on removing bivalent sulfur and pH value were investigated. The results showed that the rate of removing bivalent sulfur was faster and the remains content of bivalent sulfur in wastewater at balance was lower while vacuum degree increased, but the rising range of pH value was a little ; the lower the pH value of wastewater, the more was the removing bivalent sulfur, and also the larger was the rising range of pH value ; the removing bivalent sulfur effect obviously increased and pH value slightly increased with water - bath temperature rise. The research results behave a certain reference to removing bivalent sulfur from oilfield injection wastewater.
