季铵盐型粘土稳定剂的制备与性能评价

摘　　要：以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为单体,合成了季铵盐型阳离子粘土稳定剂环氧氯丙烷/二甲胺共聚物,确定了最佳合成条件,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,1.0%此粘土稳定剂与1.0%KCl复配,经3次水洗后,其膨胀率仅16.0%,岩屑滚动实验表明,第二次滚动回收率仍达41.60%,粘土稳定剂环氧氯丙烷/二甲胺共聚物具有较强的耐水洗性能和抑制性能。A kind of quaternary ammonium cationic clay stabilizer epoxy chloropropane/dimethylamine copolymer was prepared with epoxy chloropropane and dimethylamine. The optimum synthetic conditions were determined and its performances were evaluated. The result showed that swell rate of 1.0% quaternary ammonium cationic clay stabilizer/1.0% KCI compound was only 16% after 3 times of water washing. The experimental result of mud shale rolling showed that recovery for the second time was 41.60%. The clay stabilizer has performance of water washing - resistant and inhibiting.
