ZND特种凝胶成胶强度影响因素的研究

摘　　要：以ZND固体干粉和交联剂制备了ZND特种凝胶体系,确定了最佳交联剂配方:0.04%间苯二酚+1.0%苯酚+1.0%六次甲基四胺+0.1%硫脲;确定了ZND特种凝胶最佳制备条件:ZND固体干粉加量1.5%,成胶温度125℃,成胶时间14h。在此条件下,ZND特种凝胶体系具有较好的成胶强度和抗盐性,在弱酸和弱碱性环境中具有稳定的成胶性能,这对现场应用工艺的优化具有一定指导作用。The ZND special gel was prepared with ZND solid power and cross linkers. The optimum formulation of cross - linking agent was determined as follows： 0.04% resorcinol ＋ 1.0% phenol ＋ 1.0% hexamethylene tetramine ＋ 0. 1% thiourea. The optimum preparation conditions of ZND special gel were determined as follows： gel temperature 125 ℃, gel time 14 h. The ZND special gel had an excellent gel strength and salt resistance under optimum condition, and had stable gel performance under weak acid or weak base environment. These research results are very useful in improving field applications.
