摘　　要：本文结合我院近几年学生就业的实际情况,提出以多层次计算机专业职称资格证书为主线的人才培养新模式。文章探讨了该模式的内涵及实施该模式的意义,依据新模式改革人才培养方案,构建教学计划课程、实践教学新体系,最后分析了人才培养实践过程中的成绩及问题与不足。Under the school-running direction of departments of the Ministry of Education,taking the practical employment situation of computer graduates in local colleges in recent years into consideration,this paper constructs a training pattern of multi-level computer professional credentials which the students majored in computer science and technology would get,and this paper analyzes its basis of construction,connotation,features,constructs a new training program（course teaching plan and practical teaching system）,discuss the exploration and the achievements of in practice,analyzes the difficulties and issues of exploration in the last.
