摘　　要：土地调查是国家基础性、战略性调查,目的在于全面掌握区域土地利用类型、数量、分布和权属状况,满足经济社会发展及土地资源管理的需要。土地调查数据库的建设对于及时更新土地利用数据,加快实现国土资源信息化、标准化建设具有重要意义。本文基于MapGIS软件平台,在提出土地利用数据库设计目标的基础上,阐述了数据库结构与功能设计,并对建库过程中的图形数据采集、图幅接边等问题进行了分析。系统的实现将对县域土地基础数据的信息化管理具有重要意义。Land survey as a foundational and strategic survey aims to clarify the land utilization types,quantities,distribution and properties in order to meet the requirements of social-economic development and land resources management.The construction of land survey database is also vital for updating land utilization data,enhancing informalization and standardization of land and resources.This paper,based on the MapGIS software,presents a design target for land utilization database,expands its structure and functions,analyzes the process to gather the graphical data and map merging during building database.This system plays a key role in land database information management in county-level area.
