摘 要:基于分形几何理论,通过分析各种机加工表面的轮廓谱矩和表面谱矩的关系,给出了三维表面形貌的均一性定义和定量评价方法。实验表明:精车和平磨工件的高度、斜率均一性较好,而镗和铣加工表面高度、斜率的均一性都比较差;刨加工表面的高度均一性较好,但斜率均一性较差。The homogeneity of surface topography influences the function performance of the machined surface greatly. Through the analysis of the profile spectral moments and the surface moments, a quantitative evaluation method is proposed, which is based on the application of fractal geometry theory. By the FFT of the discreate data of the profile measured by a Talysurf-10 stylus instrument, we obtained the power spectrum and the fractal dimension of the profile. Furthermore, the zero and the 2nd order spectral moments of the profile are found. Using these parameters, the evaluation method is processed. This study shows that the height and the slope distribution of the surface machined by finishing turning and grinding are homogeneous, and that of the surface machined by boring and milling are not. The height distribution of the surface machined by planing is homogeneous, but the slope distribution is not.
