摘  要:高压和超高压气井在试采过程中生产套压异常升高,给安全生产带来了隐患。对某天然气井套压升高的原因进行了调查研究,对起出的特殊螺纹接头不锈铜油管柱卸扣后进行了认真检查。根据对油管内、外螺纹接头现场端扭矩台肩部位内径测定结果,认为油管接头现场上扣未发生过扭矩的情况;根据油管外螺纹接头起始扣至金属密封面之间的锥面(以下简称锥面)发黑形貌判断,有多根油管接头泄漏,越到井口油管接头泄漏的数量越多;经过进一步试验分析,证实油管外螺纹接头表面发黑是由于天然气中的有机碳沉积的结果。根据对油管腐蚀状况检测结果,认为油管腐蚀与井深有关,油管接头部位腐蚀程度比管体严重。Interval pressure of production casing rose abnormall in part high pressure gas wells during test production in Tarim Oil Field that had brought some hidden trouble to well safety. This paper gives an investigation on casing internal pressure inerease in one well, and inspests all tubing joints after they are taken out from the well and broken out. According to inspcting result for inside diameters at torque shoulder position of pin and box, it is comsidered that there were no over torque for making up of the connections. Accrding to nigrescence morphology on taper surface from starting thread to seal surface of pin, it is estimated that there were many leaked connections, and the more leaked connection, the more close to the mouth of the well. It is proved that the nigrescence morphology of pin was produced because of deposit of carbon from gas by more testing and analysis. It is found that tubing corrosion is related to the well depth according to the inspection result for the corrosion, and the corrosions at connections are more severe than that at pipe bodies.
