摘　　要：本文提出一种确定成品油罐罐壁平均温度的新关系式，它不仅计算准确度高，而且形式简单，便于操作使用。实验和分析表明，此关系式优于目前的计算式和其它关系式。A new correlation predicts average tank-shell temperature for a diesel oil tank is proposed. This new correlation has the features of high precision, simple in form and easy to calculate. Experimests and analysis show that the correlation is superior to the current correlation and other correlations.
