对医院图书馆运行机制变革的思考

摘　　要：论述知识经济时代文献信息工作受到的影响,并据此提出医院图书馆应该在运行机制上进行一系列变革,如改革图书馆原有管理制度,开展深层次信息服务;改变观念,强化信息意识;加快图书馆自动化进程;加强对专业技术人员的素质教育等。The paper discusses the impacts on information work in knowledge economy era, accordingly puts forward that hospital li- brary should carry out a series of revolution on its operating mechanism, including reforming original managing system, carrying out deep level service; changing ideas, strengthening information awareness; promoting automation process in libraries and strengthening the literacy education of professional technical staffs.
