文化产业发展与产业结构转型——以湖南为例

摘　　要：突破当前经济发展瓶颈的关键是解决多年累积又长期没有解决的产业结构转型问题。通过分析文化产业对产业结构转型的关联作用,发现文化产业发展不仅能够较快地引起整个产业结构转型,而且能够促进其他产业转型和发展。为此,应树立文化的产业观和文化产业促进产业结构转型的思想,从文化体制改革、文化经济政策完善和文化企业与其他产业企业加强互动着手,充分发挥文化产业发展对产业结构转型的促进作用。The breakthrough in the current economic development is the key bottleneck to resolve the problem of industrial structure transition which is cumulated for years and still remains to be solved. By analyzing the interrelated function of cultural industries-on the industrial structure transition, this paper finds that the development of cultural industries can not only lead to the transition of the industrial structuring quickly, but also promote the transition and development of other industries. Therefore, we should establish a concept of industrialized culture and an idea of cultural industries to promote industrial structure transition. It is suggested that the first thing we should do is to reform the cultural system, improve the cultural and economic policies, and strengthen the interaction between the cultural businesses and other enterprises, so as to give full play to the development of cultural industries in the promotion of industrial structure transition.
