摘　　要：我国自然保护区建设经历了曲折的发展过程,取得了显著的成就,积累了比较丰富的建设经验,初步形成了有中国特色的保护区发展格局。在向市场经济转变的新形势下,自然保护区建设面临着新的发展形势和新的问题,也孕育着巨大的发展机遇。自然保护区事业开始进入协调保护、改革、发展三者关系的重要发展时期。根据党和国家提出的面向21世纪经济社会发展的指导方针和奋斗目标,明确市场经济条件下保护区发展建设的指导思想和基本思路,是巩固自然保护区建设成果,走可持续发展道路,全力开创自然保护区建设新局面的关键。Our country natural protection area developed tortuously and reaches a great achievement, the specific format of natural protection areas with chines characters has been formed.In the context of market economy,natural protection areas are faced new situation,new chanlleges and new development opportunities,which enter the period to coordinate protection,reform and development.In accordance with the social development guides and goals of twenty- first century,clearing guides is the key to push natural protection area development,and reach sustainable development.
