中西医结合治疗手-足-口病350例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟手-足-口病中药一号方与西药联合治疗手-足-口病的疗效。方法:手-足-口病患者700例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各350例。对照组采用抗病毒、解热、镇痛、服用维生素B、维生素C及酌情使用抗生素、外用炉甘石洗剂等对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,同时口服自拟手-足-口病中药一号方,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治愈患者天数比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组热退时间、皮疹疱疹消退时间、痊愈天数明显短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手-足-口病中药一号方结合西医治疗手-足-口病疗效显著。Objective： To observe the curative effect of No.1 Decoction combined with western medicine on hand foot and mouth disease.Method： 700 cases with hand foot and mouth disease were divided into two groups randomly,and each group contained 350 cases.The cases in control group were treated with the methods of anti-virus,relieving fever,relieving pain,vitamin B and C,antibiotics to use one＇s discretion and calamine lotion externally used.The cases in treatment group were done with No.1 Decoction as well as above treatment in control group.Then compare with the clinical effect in the two groups.Result： There was statistical difference on recovery days between the two groups（P0.05）.Pyretolysis time,erythra or agria regression time,and healing days were shorter in treatment group than in control group,and statistical difference showed in the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： No.1 Decoction combined with western medicine has good effect on hand foot and mouth disease.
