艾灸结合中药治疗卵巢功能早衰临床观察

摘　　要：探讨艾灸结合中药治疗卵巢功能早衰的临床疗效。方法:采用艾灸结合中药滋肾健脾、疏肝解郁、调理冲任治疗卵巢功能早衰38例。疗程3个月。结果:治愈14例,好转20例,无效4例,总有效率89.5%。结论:艾灸结合中药内服治疗卵巢功能早衰疗效较好。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of orally used Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion on premature ovarian failure.Method： 38 cases with premature ovarian failure were treated with orally used Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion.A course of treatment included 3 months.Result： 14 cases（36.8%） were recovered,20 ones（52.6%） effective and 4 ones（10.5%） ineffective.The total effective rate was 89.5%.Conclusion： Orally used Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion has good effect on premature ovarian failure.
