摘  要:本实验采用双因素完全随机设计,对银杏(Gingko biloba L.)移栽苗处于缓苗期的衰老叶片进行57%遮荫处理。利用紫外分光光度法测得结果:(1)遮荫处理降低了银杏植株的SOD活性,雌株降低了32.69%,雄株降低了27.51%;(2)遮荫处理降低了POD活性:雌株降低了76.14%,雄株降低了53.88%;(3)雌雄株的可溶性蛋白含量也分别降低12.02%和2.74%;(4)遮荫后雌雄株MDA的含量分别提高了79.06%和51.34%。雌株对遮荫的反应更为敏感,各项指标变化均大于雄株,因此雄株对遮荫胁迫的抗性较雌株强。本结论对移栽银杏幼苗起到一定的指导作用,可优先选用雄株。In our experiment,seedlings of male and female Ginkgo biloba L.individuals were exposed to shade treatment with 57% sun light comparing with ambient environment.It was carried out with two factors (sex and shade stress) layout.The results using ultraviolet spectrophotometry are as follows:(1) For both sex tested,shade resulted in lower needle superoxide dismutase(SOD),female seedlings decreased 32.69% and male seedlings decreased 27.51%; (2) Shade resulted in lower needle peroxidase(POD),female seedlings decreased 76.14% and male seedlings decreased 53.88%; (3) The contents of soluble protein of female and male seedlings decreased 12.02%,2.74%,respectively.(4) The malondialdehyde (MDA) content of female and male were increased 79.06%,51.34% in shade stress respectively.Female seedlings response more sensitive to shade.All of changes of index are larger than male seedlings.Therefore female seedlings have stronger resistance than male seedlings.This results would make use of directing to transplant Ginkgo biloba L.for preferring male seedlings.
