摘  要:建立了中成药镉残留量的浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。样品先经消解,再以非离子表面活性剂浊点萃取富集消解液中的镉,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉含量。本方法检出限可达0.008ng/mL;加标回收率94.0%—108.5%;线性范围为0—10ng/mL(r=0.9995)。结果表明,采用浊点萃取可提高石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测镉的灵敏度、准确性、重复性和抗干扰能力。The method for determination of cadmium in Chinese traditional medicine by cloud point extraction-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was developed.After samples were pre-digested,trace cadmium was concentrated by non-ionic surfactant cloud point extraction and determined by the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.It was found absorbance was linear to the concentration of cadmium in the range of 0—10ng/mL(r=0.9995).The detection limit is 0.008ng/mL with the recovery of 94.0%—108.5%.The proposed method is sensitive,accurate and has been successfully applied to the determination of Chinese traditional medicine with satisfactory results.
