ICP-AES测定意大利底漆中的铬、铁、铅和锌含量

摘　　要：为了充分利用ICP-AES仪器方便快捷地分析进口的意大利底漆中微量的铬、铁、铅和锌含量,采用炭化、煅烧、硝酸酸洗的方法对样品进行预处理,并确定了试验的最佳测试条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.0035—0.0048mg/L,回收率为96.7%—103.0%,RSD小于2%。该方法准确、快速、简便,本方法实现了利用硝酸介质的单元素标准溶液来测试有机溶剂中的金属离子含量,为ICP-AES在有机材料上的应用提供了一种方法借鉴。In order to determine the content of Cr,Fe,Pb and Zn of the Italian ground painting by ICP-AES conveniently,special pretreatment should be made.The sample was heated,carbonized,calcined and cleaned with hot nitric acid.The optimal testing condition was determined.The results show that the detection limit is 0.0035—0.0048mg/L of this method ,the recovery is 96.7%—103.0% and RSD is less than 2%.Therefore,this method is accurate,rapid and simple and can determine the content of metal ion in the organic solvent utilizing single element standard sample.And this method can be widely-used in organic material＇s analysis with ICP-AES.
