摘　　要：以首钢京唐公司2250mm热轧带钢项目为案例,给出了粗轧除鳞系统的参数计算方法和计算结果,根据计算结果,分析了蓄能器工作压力上、下限的调整对除鳞泵工作制度的影响,为粗轧除鳞系统的设计和日常操作维护提供了依据。The numerical calculation of high pressure water desealing system based on Jingtang 2250mm hot rolling line was given. And deep analysis of the numerical calculation result were provided. The influence to the working of descaling pumps which was caused by the adjustment of accumulator pressure upper limit and lower limit was shown. It was the reference of design and operation of rough mill high pressure water desealing system.
