摘  要:针对邯宝钢铁公司热轧带钢尾部上表面出现横裂纹现象,进行了金相检验,发现裂纹根部无扩展,裂纹两侧组织存在差异,结合现场生产实际,确定横裂纹的产生与中间坯尾部局部过冷有关。从而采取提高板坯出炉温度和板坯尾部温度、严格控制中间坯尾部翘头和除鳞制度的措施,基本杜绝了带钢尾部横裂纹现象。In view of appearing transverse cracks on the tail surface of the hot rolled strip, the metallographic examination of crack zone was carried out. The results showed that the microstructures of the crack zone and base body were different, and the crack was not expanded at the root of crack. Based on the practical produc- tion, the cause was considered the super-cooling at the tail of strip. Therefore, some measures, such as improving the temperature values of slab drop-out furnace and strip tail , strict controlling the strip tail camber and the descaling scheme, were applied. At last , the transverse cracks defect on the tail surface of strip was eliminated.
