摘　　要：介绍了一种中型轧机用新型滚动导卫装置,其辊轴安装由销入式改为开槽推入旋转式,并采用NiCr合金材质导轮,轴承装在导轮内,以使辊轴处于静止状态,有效杜绝了辊轴转动、掉轴现象,使每对导轮过钢量达1800t左右。A new type roller guide for medium section steel mill was introduced. The material of this new roller guide was Ni-Cr alloy. Its installation was used slotting into rotary type to substitute the pin-in type , and the phenomena of roller revolving and off axis were eliminated. Meanwhile, the rolling amount of per guide was reached 1800 tons.
