摘　　要：针对川威集团棒材生产线达涅利型短应力线轧机在生产中传动端轴承易烧损,托架震动大,轧机弹跳大,导卫梁强度、精度低,易窜辊等问题,分析了其产生原因,并提出了相应改进措施,较好地满足了生产需要。There were some problems of Danieli short-stress line mill during production at the bar ＆ wire production line of Chuanwei Group, such as easy burning loss of bearing at drive side, vibration of chair , big spring of stand, low strength and precision of guide and alternating motion of rolls. The causes were analyzed, and the eountermeasures were put forward.
