利用微卫星对小香羊群体遗传结构的研究

摘　　要：为了阐明小香羊的遗传特点,试验利用7对微卫星引物对小香羊的等位基因频率、基因杂合度和多态信息含量进行了遗传检测。结果表明:7对微卫星引物共扩增出47个等位基因,基因频率分布在0.034～0.379之间;7个微卫星位点的平均杂合度为0.802,平均多态信息含量为0.790。说明小香羊群体遗传多样性较为丰富。The polymorphism of seven microsatellite loci was analysed in xiao Xiang goat.Allele frequencies,heterozygosity and polymorphisms information content were calculated for all microsatellite loci.The results showed that the 47 alleles were found in 7 microstaellite loci.Allele frequencies ranged from 0.034 to 0.379,the averages expected heterozygosity and PIC of all loci were 0.802 and 0.790.The results indicated that the genetic diversity was very abundant.
