摘　　要：为了探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)对奶牛乳腺成纤维细胞增殖的影响,试验将经体外培养的奶牛乳腺成纤维细胞用不同度浓度的TNF-α作用,分别于不同时间加入3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2-YL)2,5-二苯基-四唑溴盐(MTT)溶液,应用MTT比色法检测细胞增殖情况。结果表明:体外培养的奶牛乳腺成纤维细胞随TNF-α浓度(0.1,1,5,10,50ng/mL)的升高,MTT比色法的平均光密度值(OD值)呈递增的趋势,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。说明TNF-α具有促进奶牛乳腺成纤维细胞增殖的作用。To explore the effects of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）on the proliferation of cow mammary gland fibroblasts.Methods：The cells were incubated with various concentrations of TNF-α,then 3-（4,5-dimethyl-thiazol-2-YL）2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide salt（MTT）solution were added in different time,the cells proliferation were measured by MTT assay.The results showed that with the increasing concentrations of TNF-α（0.1,1,5,10,50 ng/mL）,the average optical density value（OD）of MTT colorimetry increasing gradually,there was significant difference between the control group and the experimental group（P0.05）.It demonstrates TNF-α can promote the cow mammary gland fibroblasts proliferation.
