摘 要:对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV马氏体不锈钢进行了不同光斑搭接率下的激光冲击强化处理,并对不同部位的表面残余应力和显微硬度进行了测试,研究了光斑搭接率对激光冲击强化效果的影响。结果显示,随着光斑搭接率的增加,残余压应力和显微硬度均有所提高,不同部位残余压应力和显微硬度值的波动明显减小,搭接率由50%增加到75%,残余压应力波动减少60%,显微硬度波动减少65%。因此提高光斑搭接率可以优化冲击光斑周围的残余应力和硬度分布。The surface residual stress and microhardness induced by laser shock peening with different overlapping rate of laser spot on the martensitic stainless steel 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV were tested,and the effects of overlapping rate were investigated.The results show that the residual stress and microhardness increase with the overlapping rate improved,meanwhile the fluctuation of residual stress is decreased by 60% and the fluctuation of microhardness is decreased by 65% as the overlapping rate is increased from 50% to 75%.It is shown that increasing overlapping rate can optimize the distribution of residual stress and microhardness around the laser spot.
