摘 要:运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,针对轴向绕组结构的磁流变液阻尼器,建立电磁场有限元计算模型,分析阻尼间隙通道的磁场特性,并建立径向线圈磁路结构的电磁场有限元模型,分析径向结构的阻尼间隙通道的磁场分布特性,对比有限元理论分析得出轴向绕组结构能在阻尼间隙通道产生近似平行平板磁场特性的均匀磁场。然后对轴向绕组结构在阻尼间隙通道产生的磁场进行测试,试验得出轴向绕组结构的阻尼器间隙通道磁场特性优良,更有利于磁流变效应;试验结果与理论分析基本一致,有限元分析方法为轴向绕组阻尼器的理论研究提供了方法参考。To establish the magnetic field finite element calcu- lation model by using ANSYS and referring to the magneto-theologi- cal fluid damper with axial-winding structure to analyze the magnet- ic field characteristics of the damper clearance, and establish the magnetic field finite element model with radial-coil magnetic circuit structure to analyze magnetic field distributing characteristics of damping clearance channel with radial coil structure. Comparing with the finite element theory analysis, it is obtained that axial- winding structure can generate an uniform magnetic field similar to the characteristics of the parallel plate magnetic field in the damping clearance channel. Then, the magnetic field generated by the axial winding structure in the damping clearance channel was tested, it has shown that the magnetic field characteristics of the damping clearance channel in axial winding structure is excellent and much more helpful to the magneto-rheological effect, the test result is ba- sically same with the theoretical analysis. Therefore, the finite ele- ment analysis method can provide the theoretical research of the axi- al winding damper with method consultation.
