摘 要:通过运动学分析,建立了平面连杆机构运动的矩阵分析模型;利用可靠性分析中的极限状态函数将机构的运动输出与机构运动的设计精度联系起来,建立了平面连杆机构的运动可靠性模型;利用可靠性分析中的等效思想,解决了状态函数包含非正态随机变量时可靠性指标的计算问题,并给出了常见分布函数参数的等效计算公式;利用迭代方法解决了在非线性状态函数非正态随机变量下可靠性指标的高精度求解问题。算例表明,基于等效正态设计的迭代求解方法可以很好地处理各种不同分布的非线性问题,足以满足机构运动可靠性分析的需要。Through kinematic analysis, a matrix analysis model of planar linkage mechanism movement is established in this paper. By means of relating the movement output with the movement design accuracy of the mechanism by using the limit state function in reliability analysis, the movement reliability model of planar linkage mechanism is set up as well. The problem as the reliability index calculation caused when the state function contains the non-normal random variables is solved by applying the equivalent idea in the reliability analysis, and the formula for calculating common parame- ters of the distribution function is given. Meanwhile, the problem as high accuracy solution of reliability index in case the non-linear state functions is under condition of non-normal random variables is also solved by applying iterative methods. The calculation examples show that the equivalent normal design based iterative solution method can handle various different distribution nonlinear problems, meeting the requirements for mechanism movement reliability analysis.
