摘  要:针对门座起重机臂架系统焊接及铆接结构的"点传力"特性,提出了位移主-从约束关系建模思想,并通过数值试验验证了采用位移主-从约束关系来模拟焊核及铆接点具有很高的精度。以臂架系统象鼻梁为应用对象,采用I-DEAS软件基于位移主-从约束关系建立了该产品的有限元模型,计算结果提示,门座起重机臂架系统某些观测点的计算应力值已超过结构强度许用应力,但是小于金属结构材料强度极限。表明该起重机使用过程中应对臂架定期进行检查,及时采取措施进行修复,避免事故发生。According to " Point transmission force" feature of spot-welding and riveting structure of the jib system for portal crane, the ideas of displacement master-slave constrain modeling was proposed, and it is proved through numerical experiments that using the displacement master-slave constrain to simulate the nugget and riveting spot has much higher accuracy. Taking the fly-jib of the jib system as the applied object, and by using the I-DEAS software and depending upon the displacement master-slave constrain, the finite element model of this product has been established. The calculation result points out the calculated stress value of jib system for portal crane has exceeded the allowable stress of the structural strength at some observation points, but less than strength limits of metal structural materials. It has shown that the inspection of the jib should be carried out regularly during operation of the crane, and measures should be taken to repair in time, avoiding the accident from occurrence.
