摘 要:为了研究一种脱硫活性好、机械强度大的成型活性焦,用正交试验法制备成型活性焦,并对各因素进行方差分析和效应考察,得到了用榆林废弃的半焦焦粉制备耐压强度高、脱硫效果好的成型活性焦的工艺条件。使用微机控制电子万能试验机进行耐压强度的测量,利用氮气等温吸附方法测量了原料及成品活性焦的孔结构。最优条件下制备的活性焦碘吸附值为304.8 mg/g;比表面积为303.6 m2/g;孔容为0.229 9 mL/g;前5 h的脱硫量达到80%以上,满足烧结烟气脱硫的要求。In order to develop a kind of shaped active coke with high compressive strength and desulphurization capacity to meet the requirements of sintering flue gas desulphurization,the orthogonal design method was introduced in the research of shaped active coke preparation from Yulin semi-coke powder.The optimum condition was found out to produce shaped active coke with high compressive strength and desulphurization capacity.Compressive strength has been measured by microcomputer control electron universal testing machines;pore structure of raw materials and the shaped active coke has been measured by nitrogen isothermal adsorption.The iodine adsorption value of the active coke prepared under the best conditions is 304.8mg/g,specific surface area is 303.6m2/g,volume is 0.2299mL/g and the desulphurization capacity above 80% for 5h to meet the requirements of sintering flue gas desulphurization.
