摘 要:模拟高炉风口工作条件,测定了不同煤粉的燃烧率。分析了不同煤岩组分对燃烧率的影响及其和未燃煤粉显微结构间的关系。结果表明:随煤粉中镜质组含量的增加,煤粉燃烧率逐渐降低,镜质组含量在30%-40%(体积分数,下同)时煤粉的燃烧率较高。煤粉燃烧率随煤粉中丝质组含量的增加而提高。丝质组含量为30%左右时煤粉燃烧率最高,其含量再增加燃烧率呈下降趋势。镜质组是高炉未燃煤粉的主要来源,在配煤过程中应适当降低喷吹煤粉中镜质组含量,提高喷吹煤粉中丝质组含量。The combustion ratio of different coal sample was studied by simulation work environment of BF tuyere.The effects of various petrology compositions(volume percent) on combustion ratio were analyzed.It was also researched on the rationship of petrology composition and microscopy structure of UPC.The results show that under the conditions of the experiment,combustion ratio gradually decreases with the vitrinite content increasing in the coal.Pulverized coal combustion ratio is higher when vitrinite content was at 30%-40%.The combustion ratio of coal rises with the increase of fusinite content in coal,and reaches the highest value when fusinite content is around 30%.However,combustion ratio tends to reduce with fusinite content growing continually.Vitrinite is the primary material of BF UPC.it should be properly reduced vitrinite content and improve fusinite content in the process of mixed-jetting.
