摘　　要：利用计算机技术、无线通信技术、射频自动识别技术,实现防溜器具从领取出库、安装防溜、撤溜返回入库环节,以语音提示告警、在线图标、自动信息记录形式全过程确认监控。通过该系统设备建立了室内对室外作业人员的互控平台,对室外作业人员的提示,对防止漏错撤防溜器具,保证安全有重要作用。It was implemented managing the anti rolling device and sounding an alarm and sign on-line and identifying and monitoring auto recording information by the computer technology,the wireless communication technology and the radiofrequency auto identifying technology. It was importation to set up the workers mutual controlling platform for pointing workers and to forestall sliping and antirolling device and safeguard by the System.
