摘　　要：目的:探讨降低激素剂量在多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌每周方案中的可行性。方法:将51例采用多西他赛每周方案化疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为多西他赛联用常规剂量激素组25例(对照组)和多西他赛联用降低剂量激素组26例(试验组),观察2组毒副反应及有效率的差异。结果:2组均未发生与化疗药物有关的过敏反应,2组毒副反应及有效率比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:降低激素剂量在多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌每周方案中是可行的。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the feasibility of reducing dose of hormone in docetaxel weekly regimen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.METHODS：51 patients with NSCLC were given docetaxel chemotherapy weekly and randomly divided into control group（docetaxel and routine dose of hormone,n=25） and trial group（docetaxel and low dose of hormone,n=26）.The toxicity reaction and response rate of 2 groups were observed.RESULTS：None of allergic reaction resulted from chemotherapy drug was observed.There was no difference in toxicity reaction and response rate between 2 groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：It is feasible to reduce the dose of hormone in weekly docetaxel chemotherapy
