鞋用纸板原纸原料及配比的研究

摘  要:利用废麻袋、废报纸等低廉的废料配合一定量的针叶木浆抄造鞋用纸板。通过对废麻浆和针叶木浆的打浆性能分析及一系列的条件实验,确定了鞋用纸板原纸的最佳打浆条件和配比方案;同时为降低成本,探讨了在浆料中加入废报纸浆的比例,最终确定鞋用纸板原料种类为废麻浆、针叶木浆和废报纸。本实验着重探讨了在不同浆料配比情况下,鞋用纸板的强度特性。研究发现在m(废麻浆)∶m(针叶木浆)∶m(废报纸浆)=62∶27∶11(废麻浆,40°SR;木浆,30°SR;废报纸浆,52°SR)的条件下,鞋用纸板原纸的强度特性最好,其裂断长为6 270 m,撕裂指数为15.89 mN.m2/g,耐折度为2 135次。The preparation of shoes cardboard was studied with some low cost waste,such as waste jute bags,newspaper and softwood pulp.Considering the cost and the strength performance of shoes cardboard waste jute bags pulp,softwood pulp and waste newspaper pulp were selected and the proportion of waste newspaper in pulp was discussed.The optimum of the beating condition and proportion revealed that the best proportion of waste jute bags pulp(40 °SR),softwood pulp(30 °SR) and waste newspaper pulp(52 °SR) was 62 to 27 to 11.Under this proportion the cardboard showed the best strength performance of base paper,in which the breaking length was 6 270 m,tear index was 15.89 mN·m^2/g and fold endurance was 2 135 times.
