大麻纤维脱胶主要工艺参数与纤维分裂度关系的回归分析

摘　　要：在不同的脱胶温度、碱用量条件下对大麻纤维进行脱胶处理,测试了脱胶后纤维的分裂度。利用正交多项式回归分析方法对数据进行分析处理,确定了脱胶温度、碱用量与分裂度的回归方程。根据回归方程计算一定脱胶条件下大麻纤维分裂度的理论值与实验值误差为±0.49。确定的回归方程可以用于大麻纤维脱胶工艺条件的筛选。The influence of temperature and alkali amount on the fiber splitting degree in the process of hemp degum craft was studied.Using orthogonal polynomial regression analysis,the regression equation of degum temperature,the alkali amount and the degree of splitting was obtained,the error of which is ±0.49.Such equation can be used for guiding process selection of actual degum.
